Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with cardiac experience and STEMI call capability for a Level II interventional cardiology cath lab.

Details\n

\n
• Level II cath lab performing interventional cardiology procedures without open-heart surgery
\n
• Primary procedures include angiograms and stenting
\n
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
\n
• 40 hours per week over a 23-26 week assignment
\n
• Call required once a week on every 4th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
\n
• Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• ACLS and ARRT certification required
\n
• License required if applicable
\n
• Cardiac experience required
\n
• Must be able to take STEMI call
\n
• IABP competent
\n
• Impella competent
\n
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
\n

Additional Information\n

\n
• Limited holiday RTO, with only 1 day surrounding 1 holiday permitted
\n
• All RTO must be submitted at time of consideration
\n
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local and local rates will apply
