- Provide safe, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department \n
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations \n
- Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and state practice guidelines \n
- Document patient care accurately and in alignment with standards of care \n
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support optimal patient outcomes \n
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient and family needs \n
- Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, and peer review activities \n
- Use critical thinking and clinical expertise to promote patient safety, patient experience, and timely escalation when needed \n
- Provide support and clinical guidance to other units as part of the broader hospital care team \n
