Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
\n
• Perform patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and patient education.
\n
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and support newborn care.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
\n
• Maintain safe nursing practices following hospital policies and evidence-based guidelines.
\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Active New Mexico RN license or Compact RN license.
\n
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (LDRP/OB experience preferred).
\n
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required.
\n
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork skills.
\n
