Description\n

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for an outpatient breast imaging center, requiring ARRT (M) and ARRT (R) certification with 2 years of preferred experience.

  • Outpatient breast imaging clinic located in a Medical Office Building on campus
  • \n
  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams
  • \n
  • Average caseload of 15-18 exams per day per technologist
  • \n
  • 4x10 hour day shifts with varying start times including 6:30am-5pm, 7am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4pm, and 8am-4:30pm
  • \n
  • Schedule requires flexibility to accommodate varying shift times based on unit needs
  • \n
  • Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends required, though Saturday coverage may be needed
  • \n
  • No call requirements
  • \n
  • Closed the day after Thanksgiving and open on Christmas Eve
  • \n
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • \n
Requirements\n
    \n
  • ARRT (M) and ARRT (R) certification required
  • \n
  • BLS certification required
  • \n
  • License required if applicable
  • \n
  • 2 years of experience preferred
  • \n
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • \n
  • Experience with 3D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, and screening mammograms
  • \n
  • Experience with Hologic 3D equipment
  • \n

  • First-time travelers will be considered for this position
  • \n
  • Former permanent employees of any Providence-affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position at this location
  • \n
  • Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state as needed
