We are partnering with an established independent insurance agency seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team. What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Manage and service a book of small to middle-market commercial insurance clients
\n
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide responsive, relationship-driven service
\n
• Educate clients on coverage, policy changes, exclusions, and insurance needs
\n
• Handle renewals, certificates, binders, endorsements, and policy changes
\n
• Prepare applications and work directly with carriers
\n
• Review policies and documentation for accuracy
\n
• Assist with remarketing and renewal proposals
\n
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage and services
\n
• Partner with producers and internal teams to provide a high level of client service
\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
\n
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license
\n
• Insurance agency experience strongly preferred
\n
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
\n
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Applied Epic experience is a plus
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000-$80,000, with flexibility for highly experienced candidates
\n
• Hybrid schedule with 1 day per week from home
