- At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience in PCU, telemetry, or medical-surgical nursing \n
- Active RN license eligible for work in Vermont \n
- Experience providing care in an acute care or progressive care unit environment \n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting \n
- Comfort with charge nurse responsibilities as needed \n
- Willingness to float to other units based on patient care and departmental needs \n
- Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills \n
- Ability to attend required quarterly education sessions \n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU, telemetry, and med-surg patients \n
- Deliver safe, compassionate care during 12-hour overnight nursing shifts \n
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status \n
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team \n
- Support charge nurse functions when assigned \n
- Float to other units when patient care needs require additional support \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols \n
- Contribute to a positive, dependable, patient-centered care environment \n
