We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) – Immunization Nurse (Float) to support a community vaccination initiative. In this patient-facing role, you will administer a variety of vaccines while providing exceptional patient care across assigned clinic locations as needed.
\nThe ideal candidate is clinically skilled, customer-focused, and committed to promoting public health through safe, accurate, and efficient immunization services.

- Administer vaccines including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis A & B, Tdap, Shingles, Pneumococcal, HPV, RSV, and other recommended immunizations. \n
- Perform patient assessments prior to vaccination and monitor patients for adverse reactions. \n
- Educate patients regarding vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all immunizations in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines. \n
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols while utilizing provided PPE. \n
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. \n
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient clinic operations. \n
- Adapt to changing schedules, patient volumes, and operational needs. \n
- Float between assigned locations as required to support vaccination efforts. \n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization or vaccination experience. \n
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. \n
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration and vaccine delivery. \n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. \n
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List. \n
- High School Diploma or GED (verification required). \n

- Previous experience in immunization clinics, retail healthcare, outpatient settings, or community health. \n
- Experience working in float or multi-site healthcare assignments. \n
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills. \n
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work locations and schedules. \n
- \n
- Onsite, patient-facing healthcare setting. \n
- PPE provided. \n
- Fast-paced clinical environment with direct patient interaction. \n
- Travel between assigned clinic locations may be required. \n
