Submit ALL RTO request before hand.
\nThe manager will choose those with limited to no RTO requests.
\nIt's for three 12-hour shifts, 0700-1930 plus call.
\nEither one short call (1930-2300) or one long call (2300-0700) during each week and one to two 24 hour weekend call (Saturday or Sunday 0700-0700) per six week grid.
\nAll on a fair and rotating basis.
