A leading manufacturer in the building materials industry is seeking a Maintenance Manager in the Houghton, Michigan area.

Candidates Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline is required for this role.

• 10 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this role.
\n
• 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Demonstrated experience improving plant equipment reliability.
\n
• Experience managing mechanical and electrical technicians responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance.
\n
• Maintenance leadership experience in a union environment is a plus, not a requirement for this role.
