- Mileage: Varies by caseload \n
- EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) \n

- Recent Home Health experience required \n
- OASIS proficiency required \n
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred \n
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation \n
