\n ## The Opportunity
\n Join the nursing team at a federally operated outpatient clinic serving American Indian and Alaska Native patients in the Yakama Valley. This RN role supports direct patient care, triage, and clinical documentation for adult and pediatric patients in a walk-in and scheduled-appointment primary/urgent care setting — a predictable, Monday-through-Friday schedule with no rotating shifts or weekend coverage.
\n ## What You'll Do
\n - Provide direct patient care, assessment, triage, and EHR documentation for walk-in and scheduled visits
\n - Administer medications (oral/parenteral), immunizations, and wound care as ordered
\n - Assist with procedures, point-of-care testing, and patient education
\n - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
\n - Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and IHS standards of care
\n - Manage patient phone inquiries and scheduling as needed
\n ## Requirements
\n - Degree or diploma from a state-accredited professional nursing program
\n - Current, unrestricted RN license in a U.S. jurisdiction
\n - Current BLS certification
\n - Minimum 2 years of recent direct-patient-care experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting
\n - Ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation, fingerprinting, and facility credentialing prior to start (required for all federal health center placements)
