Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis \n
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated \n
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered at the unit level \n
- Evaluate and maintain competency of clinical staff \n
- Support appropriate resource management related to patient care \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license \n
- Experience in Medical Surgical nursing \n
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care needs across a shift \n
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills \n
- \n
- Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity \n
- Familiarity with resource management and staff delegation in an acute care setting \n
- \n
