Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My sister has mobility issues and lives in a split level house. Her husband was her caretaker until he fell and fractured vertebrae. He's now in rehab and will probably need help himself. My sister needs help with housekeeping, errands, and laundry. I have been helping once a week, but live in PA and work full time. I cant continue indefinitely. My sis has a lot of anxiety and has unconventional sleep habits. She more likely to be awake in the afternoons. About the care needs: She would need someone who will humor her quirky rules and preferences. Also, she likes to talk! Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
