About who needs care: I need help with exercing after multiple strokes. My hobies are sedentary, but Huge, Needlepoint, Rug Hooking, Weaving and Spinning Wool. I would like to structure my day with someone to help me with preplanned meals for lunch and dinner and lunch for me and my husband.
