Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for cleaning help for my sons small condo. I am looking for someone willing to provide some cleaning instruction / guidance to my son so he can learn how to keep it clean. I see this as a long-term co-cleaner with him. Something like (to him)today you are cleaning the bathroom and washing folding laundry and Im cleaning the kitchen and the rest of the house. Sounds odd but he needs help!!!
