We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for packing B2C and B2B orders, managing inventory, receiving and shipping pallets, and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment setting.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship B2C (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (wholesale/retail) orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments using appropriate packing materials to ensure product safety
- Label packages correctly and stage outgoing shipments for pickup or freight
Inventory Management
- Receive incoming inventory and supplies; verify quantities and condition
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and organization
- Maintain accurate inventory records (physical and digital as applicable)
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, move, and ship pallets using a manual pallet jack
- Properly wrap, label, and stage pallets for LTL or freight shipments
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Maintain inventory of warehouse supplies (boxes, tape, wrap, labels, etc.)
General Warehouse Support
- Assist with warehouse setup, organization, and process improvements
- Support special projects during peak seasons or growth periods
- Perform other warehouse-related tasks as needed to support operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience required min 3 years.
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and fork lift
- Knowledge of basic shipping supplies (boxes, tape, stretch wrap, labels)
- Experience wrapping pallets for shipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment and wholesale shipping (ShipStation, UPS.com, EDI Softwares)
- Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL freight)
- Basic inventory systems or warehouse management software experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
Preferred qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in the warehouse & production industry
- At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Warehouse skills: loading and unloading trucks
- Warehouse skills: managing inventory records
- Management skills: resolving customer complaints
- Comfortable handling customer complaints
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
