JOB OVERVIEW: Clean glass doors, sliding windows and large picture windows inside and outside customer lanais using specified techniques and cleaners in Lake, Marion and Sumter counties.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Willing to learn how to properly use cleaning equipment and cleaners
2. Must be able to lift at least 40lbs, bend, kneel, ascend and descend using a ladder to clean windows, screens and frames
3. Capable of working in outdoor weather conditions that include heat, cold and wind
4. Required to have a clear and valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
5. Skilled at communicating effectively with customers and employees
6. Perform other duties as required

• 18 years or older
• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
