Position Summary

Athletes Mark is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Production Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in the daily production of custom apparel and merchandise. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, able to work independently, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heat press equipment for custom apparel production.
• Operate embroidery machines and monitor production quality.
• Receive, inspect, and check in incoming merchandise and inventory.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure merchandise matches purchase orders.
• Prepare garments and products for decoration and production.
• Maintain organized workspaces and inventory areas.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products.
• Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for delivery or pickup.
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn and operate production equipment, including heat press and embroidery machines.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Being creative and enjoying crafting would be great.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
• Flexible part-time hours based on production needs.

• Hourly pay based on experience.
• Training provided.
