About the Role

As a CNA at Warren Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and personal care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and personal care

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and holistic care to our patients and their families
