As a CNA at Franciscan Villa, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and transfers
• Assisting with vital signs, medication administration, and wound care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory requirements

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Participating in educational programs and in-service training to enhance knowledge and skills
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the nursing team

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
