Job Title: Hospice CNA | Because the Little Things Matter

Compensation: $19-$25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage + $500 Sign-On Bonus

Benefits: Full benefits package available for full-time staff

Schedule: Per Diem or Full-Time | Weekend rotation

Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

Hospice isn't always about grand gestures. More often, it's the little things that bring comfort, preserve dignity, and help patients feel like themselves.

That's why our CNAs are such an important part of the Superior Hospice team. You create moments of comfort that patients and families never forget.

What You'll Do

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  
• Help patients remain comfortable while maintaining their dignity and independence.
  
• Observe and communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support during each visit.
  
• Follow individualized care plans while collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary team.
  
• Create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment wherever you provide care.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Current Minnesota CNA certification.
  
• Hospice experience preferred, with home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospital, or oncology experience also welcomed.
  
• Kind, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
