PRN Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN)

Compassionate, proactive, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our PRN clinical team.

Arbor Place is a physician-designed residential memory care community serving just 16 residents. Our small size allows nurses here to provide personalized, relationship-centered care while working closely with caregivers, physicians, and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document resident care and clinical observations.
• Respond to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Assist with hands-on resident care as needed to support the care team.
• Assist with admissions, physician orders, and care plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
