CNA Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate bedside care in a long-term care setting
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Communicate changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA Certification (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Leadership potential is a plus
