Day, Evening, and Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
High Point Residence Quincy is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional, resident-centered care while supporting each resident's dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being. Minimum QualificationsActive Illinois CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Previous experience in assisted living, supportive living, skilled nursing, or long-term care
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
Monitor and document vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Provide compassionate emotional support while promoting resident dignity and independence
Maintain accurate documentation according to community policies
Ensure resident rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and comfortable
Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care
Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care protocols
Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual skills and EMR experience are a plus
