  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role

High Point Residence Quincy is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional, resident-centered care while supporting each resident's dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being. If you enjoy making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working alongside a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Illinois CNA certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in assisted living, supportive living, skilled nursing, or long-term care

  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility

  • Monitor and document vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

  • Provide compassionate emotional support while promoting resident dignity and independence

  • Maintain accurate documentation according to community policies

  • Ensure resident rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and comfortable

  • Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional resident care

  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care protocols

  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Bilingual skills and EMR experience are a plus
