Certified Nursing Assistant

Elite Sitters Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in Butler, AL. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Alabama
• Previous experience in homecare, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Butler, AL area
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
