SECOND SHIFT CNA w/ Shift Differential

Madison Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

**Sign On Bonus**$5000**

**New Shift Diff** $5 3 PM - 11 PM, $3 11 PM – 7 AM.

Applicant must have current certification for CNA. 

Certified Nurse Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising and assisting with activities. Serving meals to residents and assisting with feeding as needed. Providing or assisting with resident personal care. Taking/recording vital signs.
