We're hiring reliable Home Health Aides who genuinely enjoy helping others.

Requirements

•  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
•  HHA certification preferred. 
•  CNA accepted where applicable. 
•  Strong work ethic and positive attitude. 
•  Ability to safely assist clients with daily living activities. 
•  Good communication skills. 
•  Meets agency hiring requirements. 

Your Daily Responsibilities

•  Assist clients with personal care and hygiene. 
•  Help with dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. 
•  Prepare simple meals and assist with light daily tasks. 
•  Monitor clients and report concerns to the RN. 
•  Maintain accurate documentation. 
•  Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines. 
•  Treat every client with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

 
The home health aide or CNA shall not change sterile dressings, irrigate body cavities such as giving an enema, irrigate a colostomy or wound, perform gastric irrigation or enteral feeding, catheterize a patient, administer medication, apply heat by any method, care for a tracheostomy tube, nor provide any personal health service which has not been included in the plan of care.
