Prudential HealthCare Staffing is seeking experienced Med-Trained CNAs and Medication Aides for overnight assignments at Oxford Living Ely. Candidates must be dependable, experienced with medication administration in Minnesota, and comfortable working independently in an assisted-living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Administer medications according to facility policies and Minnesota requirements.
- Accurately document medication administration and resident care.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
- Respond promptly to resident needs during overnight hours.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Follow all facility policies, care plans, and infection-control procedures.
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota CNA certification.
- Active Minnesota TMA certification.
- Current Minnesota medication-administration training or qualification.
- Previous medication-passing experience in Minnesota.
- Assisted-living or long-term-care experience preferred.
- Clean attendance and employment record.
- Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
- Reliable transportation to Ely, Minnesota.

Scheduling Note: Flat-rate overtime applies when working six shifts in one week.
