What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities

• Support residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

• Assist with meals, hydration, and comfort needs

• Document care provided and report changes in resident condition

• Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure high-quality care

• Promote dignity, respect, and a positive resident experience

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA certification in Arkansas

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent care

• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required

Position Details

• Full-Time and Part-Time Available

• All Shifts: 7–3, 3–11, 11–7
