Lanessa Extended Care in Webster is hiring CNAs!
Full-time openings on all shifts.
As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents, providing routine daily nursing care in accordance with our established nursing care procedures.
$21 to $25 an hour, depending on the shift, with weekly pay. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.
Responsibilities:
Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
Participate in planning and following current resident care plans
Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly
Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them
Document accurately and completely
Meet personal grooming needs for each resident
Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in resident care areas
Demonstrate correct safety techniques and maintain knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies
Requirements:
Possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one
New graduates welcome!
Knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and procedures
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and family members
Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
