We are searching for a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team, offering a $1500.00 Sign on Bonus for Full Time! Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures

• Ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

Qualifications:

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire

• Previous nursing facility experience preferred
