Resident Care Assistant

Navigator Homes is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our new Assisted Living Residence (ALR). If you are passionate about providing exceptional care while helping residents maintain dignity and independence, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities -

. Assist Residents with activities of daily living

. Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

. Assist with mobility and transfers

. Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity

Qualifications -

. HHA certification

. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

. Excellent communication skills

. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely
