Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Day CNA to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Day CNA, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including vital sign checks, bathing, dressing, and oral care

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, transferring, and toileting

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the nursing staff

Requirements

• 0 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or related healthcare experience

• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program and certification

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Availability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
