CNA Transportation Driver (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Glenbridge Health and Rehabilitation, a trusted and compassionate healthcare provider in Boone, NC, is seeking a reliable and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Transportation Driver to join our skilled nursing team. As a CNA at our facility, you will provide essential support to residents with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality care.

Transportation Driver Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide support with meals, hydration, and overall comfort needs
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans as directed
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required

Transportation Driver Qualifications:
• Hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Have a valid North Carolina Drivers License

• Must be at least 25 years of age
