AC1 Homecare LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team ! We have part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing supervisor
• Observe clients' physical, mental and emotional health and report any changes or concerns to nurse supervisor
• As needed, assist in meal preparation
• Assist in the transport of patients to medical appointments
• Provide companionship and basic care to clients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

​Qualifications:

• 1-2 years previous experience in , patient care, or other related fields
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Current Massachusetts CNA license or HHA/PCA certificate
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation
