**Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
* Assist with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom, eating, and mobilizing
* Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients

**Requirements**

* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in the state of Washington
* 1+ year of experience in long-term care or home health care
* Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
