About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
• Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
