Able Home Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our growing team in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and supervisors regarding patient care updates
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Current HHA certification or CNA license preferred
• Previous experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
