The Palms at Venice is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team.

Position Overview

Up to $5 Shift Differential!

The CNA provides direct resident care and assists with activities of daily living while promoting resident dignity, comfort, and safety. This role is essential to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

• Document care provided per facility policy

• Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license in good standing

• Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and professionalism

• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
