Infrastructure Project Coordinator / Right-of-Way Project Manager - Phoenix Local Candidates - W2

SunSoft Online places project professionals with City of Phoenix departments and Arizona state agencies. Infrastructure project roles post with our clients regularly, right-of-way, water, wastewater, utility coordination, and municipal capital projects, and we build our candidate bench ahead of each opening.

• Currently living in the Phoenix metro area (applications without a current Phoenix-area city on the resume are not reviewed)
  
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future, W2 employment only
  
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related field
  

The experience we place:

• 3-5+ years managing or coordinating right-of-way, utility, pipeline, water, wastewater, transportation, or municipal infrastructure projects
  
• Stakeholder coordination: utility owners, public agencies, contractors, field crews
  
• Permitting, easements, utility records, 811 coordination, or land acquisition exposure a plus
  
• PE certification a plus, not required
