Licensed Social Worker

As a Counselor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our clients each day by providing counseling services to your assigned clients including individual, family / group therapy sessions, and promoting a healthy environment.  You will partner with the Clinical Supervisor to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our adult or kid clients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and complete diagnostics assessments within 48 hours
• Keep accurate and Medicaid complaint documentation
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in case management, social work, or other related fields
• Experience working with an electronic health record system of some sort
• Experience completing Medicaid billable progress notes
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
• Must have experience doing Diagnostic Assessments and treatment planning
• Must have transportation, valid license with less than 4 points and insurance
• Minimum of BSW
• Must have valid driver’s license with less than 4 points, Valid insurance
• Must have minimum of LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, LPCC-S
