Start Your Career as a Nursing Assistant – Classes Starting Soon!

Are you interested in becoming a Nursing Assistant and a full-time position? Prairie Heights Healthcare is offering upcoming CNA classes to help you start your healthcare career!

Through our program, you’ll receive the training and support to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, and we cover the cost of your certification! After completing online class, you’ll obtain experience with 40 clinical hours within our facility. Once you pass your written and skills exams, you’ll be certified! Eligibility for a full-time position with our team will be offered once certification is complete!

Nursing Assistant Responsibilities Include:

• Providing care and assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting

• Supporting mobility needs including transferring, lifting, and repositioning residents

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Completing scheduled baths and ensuring rooms and bathing areas are properly cleaned

• Making regular rounds to check on residents and assist as needed
