State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
- Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident while providing care.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: $20/HR

• Part-Time/ Full-Time Shifts

• Night Shift (7p-7a) (Rotating Weekends)

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be State Tested in Ohio

• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility
