Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Assist with daily living activities such as toileting, incontinence care, and feeding

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, including cleaning and restocking supplies

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and services

• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and procedures
