Licensed Practical Nurse

Our client is seeking SEVERAL 1:1 School Nurses (LPN) to provide services to students in a school based classroom. HOURSMonday-Friday during school hoursCLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:* One on One Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours, including transportation to and from school M-F on the school bus. * Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day* Monitor any changes in student's status* Complete thorough nursing notes* Provide daily medicine* G Tube Feeding * Monitoring safety and well-being of student CLIENT'S QUALIFICATIONS:* Active MASSACHUSETTS LPN license* CPR certification* Pediatric experience preferred * Minimum of one (1) year LPN or RN experiencePHRS ADVANTAGES:* Compensation processed weekly.* Ability to grow professionally.* Access to a broad array of client opportunities.COMPANY OVERVIEWPrecision HR Solutions, Inc is a contracted provider for these substitute positions at the School District.
