What You'll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments per facility policy and state regulations

• Monitor and document resident condition changes, notifying RN/physician as needed

• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering resident care

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

What You'll Need:

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Tennessee

• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
