Job Description
We are looking for CNAs to provide safe, compassionate resident care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.
Shift:
Full-time second shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm
Part-time second shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on resident care and clinical treatments
Monitor condition changes and document accurately
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families
Qualifications:
Active state license/certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
