We are two clinicians who found ourselves burnt out working for larger therapy companies and decided to open a clinic that values a work life balance. We strive to keep things fun and flexible. We are looking for a caring and compassionate clinician, who maybe feels like they aren’t able to reach their full potential both in and out of work in their current situation. We are seeking an independent contractor for flexible hours in a small pediatric therapy office in Gaithersburg, MD. Work as many hours as you want, or build to a full-time caseload! We are a therapist owned PEDIATRIC clinic currently providing speech language, occupational therapy, and physical therapy services. Currently, we are looking for a physical therapist to work through our current caseload of patients in order to better serve our community and the current growing demand for pediatric physical therapy services. New grads are welcome, preferred experience with pediatrics. High infant caseload, current PT is willing to mentor on pediatrics and infants.

A 1099 Independent Contractor employee would be paid an hourly rate for billable time and a fee for any cancellations on their schedule. Additional benefits include: MD state licensure reimbursement, CEU membership, and additional CEU opportunities possible.
