Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift

Location: Manchester, NH
Schedule: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Nights (10:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Rate: Up to 1,800 per week

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight nursing team at our long-term care facility in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care while working collaboratively with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the RN or provider.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and resident responses in the electronic medical record.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise and support Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs/CNAs) as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents, families, and coworkers.
