Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Qualifications:

• LPN license in FL
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification
• Level II Background Screening
